What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on orders over €75.

Under normal circumstances, delivery within the Netherlands takes 1-3 business days and to Belgium 2-5 business days. However, during busy periods, there may be some delay.

Which countries do you ship to?

At this moment we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Want to return your purchase? We're here to help! You have up to 30 days after the delivery date to make your decision. Please note: we are not responsible for any customs fees (import duties or taxes) when making an exchange. All costs and charges related to returning your order are at your own expense.

How long does the return process take?

Returns are processed as quickly as possible, starting with your package being sent from the post office to a consolidation hub and then to our warehouse for inspection.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, which typically takes 7-10 business days. You will receive email notifications once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

We have a return period of 14 days, during which the customer can return the package without giving a reason. These 30 days start from the receipt of the package. Please note that the return package must be sent back to us within these 30 days. The right of return expires if the order is not returned within the stated return period.
