Complaints procedure

At PiecePro Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a complaint, we will do our utmost to resolve it as quickly as possible.

A complaint can be filed by sending an e-mail to info@pieceprostore.com . In this e-mail it is important to describe the complaint as clearly as possible and include the full name, order number and any other relevant information. We aim to respond within two working days.

Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the European Union have been able to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform. This platform was set up to resolve disputes out of court and can be accessed via the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If the complaint is not yet being processed by another party, it can be submitted via the ODR platform.
