Your order will be shipped with DPD or DHL. For orders larger than a letterbox package, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your order. Orders that fit in a letterbox package will be delivered without a track & trace code.

Delivery time

Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are usually delivered within 1-3 working days in the Netherlands. For Belgium, the delivery time is between 2-5 days.

Please note that delays may occur due to postal services or public holidays.

Are you not at home? The delivery service will try to deliver your package to your neighbours. If this is not possible, the delivery service will leave a message with information about a new delivery attempt or the possibility of picking up your package at a collection point.

Postage costs

Shipping is free on orders over €75.

For orders under €75 shipping costs will be charged. The exact costs will be stated during checkout.

Returns

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an e-mail to info@pieceprostore.com or via the contact form within the withdrawal period with the following information:

• Your name;
• Your order number;
• A brief message stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Consequences of revocation:

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed about your decision to revoke this contract.

Please note: Refunds will only be processed once we have accepted your return. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Return procedure:

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to cancel this agreement to us.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
