Article 1 - Definitions

The cooling-off period is the period within which the consumer can make use of the right of withdrawal. The consumer is the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur. The right of withdrawal gives the consumer the opportunity to withdraw from the contract within the cooling-off period. The entrepreneur is the legal entity that offers products and/or services at a distance. A distance contract is concluded within an organised system for distance selling, whereby only techniques for distance communication are used. A durable data carrier enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information and to consult it later without changes.

Article 2 - Identity of the entrepreneur

The entrepreneur operates under the name LHC Commerce and is located at Kuileneindestraat 46, 6231KG Meerssen, Netherlands. Customer service can be reached by phone at +31 6 15216175 from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. The email address for contact is info@pieceprostore.com . Article 3 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. The conditions will be made available prior to concluding an agreement. If this is not possible, it will be indicated where they can be viewed and sent free of charge upon request. If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these conditions, the most favorable provision for the consumer will prevail in the event of a conflict.

Article 4 - The offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and services offered. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding. The rights and obligations upon acceptance are clearly stated, including the price, shipping costs and payment method.

Article 5 - The Agreement

The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set. If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will take measures to secure the electronic data transfer.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to revoke the agreement within 30 days without giving reasons. During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. Returns must be carried out according to the instructions of the entrepreneur and returned in their original condition.

Article 7 - Costs in case of revocation

The costs for return shipment are for the account of the consumer. The paid amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the return, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.

Article 8 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or clearly have a personal character. Products with a hygienic seal cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

Article 9 - The price

All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. Obvious errors in pricing do not bind the entrepreneur.

Article 10 - Conformity and warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products meet the agreement and reasonable expectations of the consumer. Warranty is offered in accordance with the factory guarantees.

Article 11 - Delivery and execution

Delivery will take place at the address specified by the consumer. The entrepreneur strives to ship orders within one to two working days and informs the consumer in case of delay.

Article 12 - Duration transactions: duration, termination and extension

Agreements for an indefinite period can be terminated at any time with a notice period of one month. Silent renewal is only permitted under specific conditions.

Article 17 - Liability

The entrepreneur is only liable for direct damage due to attributable shortcomings. Consequential damage, such as loss of profit, falls outside the liability, unless otherwise determined by mandatory law.
